I found this inspector on craigslist and he was really thorough. His prices are real competitive too. I actually had him do 2 inspections on 2 different properties, the second one I bought. I got my inspection report straight to my email with a lot of photos also. I would use him again.

He’s prompt, very knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what to expect when buying a certain property. His rates are very very affordable in comparison to other companies out there (before I contacted him I called 5 other companies) and the report will usually be ready the same day! Whether it’s your first home you buy as your primary residence (that’s how I initially met him) or an investment property, make sure you call Artisan Home Inspection. So far, I used Artisan Home Inspection services for 6 properties. Some were in better condition than others but I knew exactly what I’m getting into. After having Dan do my first home inspection, and not buying that house due to it needing too many repairs, I had him also do a second inspection on the condo I ended up buying. He is extremely thorough and took the time to go over everything with me that needed/was going to need repairs. I got the inspection straight to my email within a couple hours with photos and all. I will definitely use him again in the future and suggest anyone who’s buying a home to give him a call. Good guy!
